Coromatic Group owned by E.On Group, has sold its Finnish operations to the current management of Coromatic Oy and the owners of PP-Putki Oy. Employees of both companies will continue as former employees and the companies will continue as separate units so far. Nordic cooperation with Coromatic Group will continue with business within a cooperation frame agreement.
